Our Accordion Roll-Up Door provides a solution for larger widths/heights.
Our Accordion Roll-up Door system is fabricated using our heavy weight vinyl fabric and durable webbing straps that lift the door panel in pleated folds. Stretched side to side with vertical tracks and industrial rollers, the door stays taut and will sustain a clean, weather-tight finish. Available in extreme widths, these are suitable for aircraft hangers, boat houses and industrial projects where large equipment needs to come in and out with regular use.
In most applications, the addition of an electric motor is required to ensure a consistent lift rate and to make for easier opening. Our standard opener kit comes with a 3 phase, 600 volt electric motor, one remote control, a laser eye safety stop and a internally mounted activation switch.
Personnel doors available in Steel Clad, Insulated, Fibreglass, and Glass Panel.
Our standard doors are sized at 36″ x 80″ and most clients opt for the steel clad, exterior grade door panel. Double doors and oversized doors are also available. Standard hardware includes stainless handle and deadbolt lock.
Door pricing includes adaption to the structure frame to properly integrate the door system, as well as tensioning details to keep the exterior fabric tight and sealed around the door.
Personnel doors are required for safety egress with spacing determined by intended use, internal layout and permit requirements. Allowing one door reachable within 15m travel of any point internally provides a safe allowance for planning purposes.
These one or two-piece door systems provide large format door openings.
Lindome’s barn doors are fabricated in-house with aluminum frames, steel siding clad exteriors, and industrial grade track and rollers. They are easy to slide and can provide a simple, cost effective door option for equipment or vehicle access. For extra wide door openings, the slider track can be mounted externally to allow for increased travel distance between door panels.
Given that they have few mechanical parts, they are almost maintenance free and therefore suitable for industrial or remote location projects. Centre windlock pins secure the doors in a closed position and provision is made for a padlock either internally or externally.
Steel Roll-up or Panel style. Motor or manual chain opening with a sealed, finished door system.
For structures that need a more robust door system, utilizing either a roll-up steel door or a steel panel door system are both great options. These provide a feeling more like a traditional building enclosure with weather proof seals and options for insulated solutions. Openers can be manual chain hoist or electric openers.
Lindome ensures that our structures are designed to manage the installation of the appropriate overhead door system but works with our clients to find a local contractor to handle the sale and installation. Since these doors may require annual servicing and are critical to the active use of the building, we like to connect our clients with a local door service provider to ensure that their maintenance is looked after and any response time for repairs is fast and responsive.
Affordable, large format closure solution. Easy-glide track and rollers. Durable vinyl material.
Fabricated using durable, heavy weight vinyl, our Fabric Sliding Curtain Door system is hung on an industrial grade aluminum track with easy-glide, fabric mounted rollers. Designed to provide a solution for a cost effective closure in high traffic openings or large format doorways. Normally designed as two piece curtains with center posts to provide stability and a way to lock the center seam together. Wind pins provide a means of locking the walls in place when in a closed position.
Optional mesh panels offer increased visibility between interior and exterior personnel while also being an effective means of reducing wind loads (diffuses wind pressure) on large curtain installs. Not suitable for extreme wind locations.
This vertical panel, folding door system provides a cost-effective, weather-tight solution.
PRIDO is a Swedish manufacturer of industrial grade doors with a focus on ease of use and durability without losing sight of costs. We only offer these on our European line of structures by Hallgruppen, where freight can be included with the structure delivery.
Overall quality is exceptional and hardware is rugged enough to provide years of maintenance free operation. Great aesthetics for structures that will have higher exposure to customers or the public. Weather-tight seals around the exterior also make these a good solution for insulated and/or climate controlled buildings.
A proprietary membrane solution that offers nominal R15 or R30 insulation values.
This unique insulated membrane solution is fabricated using a dual layer of our heavy weight vinyl fabric, with closed cell pockets of mineral wool insulation. Available in either 50mm or 100mm thickness, this membrane system achieves an impressive R14 or 28 insulation value respectively. The construction technique holds the insulation in place without thermal break and the finishing of the structure ensures roof to gable seams as well as door/service penetrations are heat welded to prevent air gaps or heat loss.
Combined with insulated doors and basic heating, this insulated membrane will provide an energy efficient structure solution suitable for Canadian winters. In warmer months, the same insulation will keep the structure cooler inside.
Interior and exterior fabric colour can be chosen. We suggest using white interior to increase light bounce and reduce lighting needs. Exterior fabric we suggest a lighter colour – our standard would be grey – to assist in reflection of sunlight and solar heat gain.
Available in partnership with Hallgruppen.
Sandwich panels offer a finished interior and exterior building surface.
Sandwich panels are constructed using steel siding that is laminated onto a core of rigid insulation. The insulate core can be an economical EPS foam or upgraded to a rockwool composite in areas requiring fire-break for code compliance. Seams are tongue and groove and provide weathertight connection between panels with a high degree of visual finish. Available in a variety of thicknesses dependant on level of insulation required. This panel system can be utilized for both walls and roof. A hybrid solution is also possible that utilized insulated fabric membrane for the roofing with the sandwich panel sidewalls and gable ends (increased cost savings).
Interior and exterior steel is available in a variety of colours to match brand or location aesthetic. Colour matched flashings and details provided. When utilized in conjunction with our standard web-truss steel frames, the finished product is strong, warm, dry and secure.

Download PDFSteel siding provides a degree of security that is more like a traditional building solution.
Utilizing a 24 gauge, prefinished metal, our steel siding provided a means of increased security for your stored goods or workshop space, combined with a higher level of visual finish. In most cases, the metal can be fastened directly to the standard frame members with flashings provided at corners, around doorways and over lock-block foundations.
Available in a variety of standard colours with flashings and fasteners colour matched. Best suited to permanent installations.
Bring your brand alive with a large format logo or graphic!
Logo and graphics can transform your structure from simple storage into a massive billboard advertisement! Digitally printed directly onto the fabric before panels are manufactured, this is a permanent addition to your building. Requires a vector format file and we will provide a visual proof confirming location and sizing.
Given the investment in your structure, this is a way to make the building contribute back to your business growth or brand awareness.
Vinyl PVDF comes standard in white and grey with additional colour choices.
For all of our fabric structures, we utilize a fire rated 22-26 oz. / sq.yd. Vinyl PVDF which conforms to CAN-ULC S-109 (nationally recognized flame spread rating for fabrics). The vinyl is also includes UV resistance and is lacquered to protect against mildew or staining.
Our standard offer for fabric structure exteriors offers a translucent white vinyl roof with grey vinyl sides. This provide maximum interior brightness with the translucent roof while reducing the visual impact of dust streaking on the exterior walls (a product of airborne dust and rainfall).
Other colours are available, however they may be custom order resulting in delays and cost implications. Please inquire if you are interested in one of the other non-standard colours. Clear and Mesh fabric also available.

Lock-blocks are our standard foundation option. Alternative solutions available.
Our standard form of anchoring and ballast is through the use of concrete lock-blocks, each sized at 750mm x 750mm x 1500mm (~2.5ft x 2.5ft x 5ft). These are readily available in most markets and can be plated together to act as footing for the structure and can be stacked/ buttressed to increased height or provide additional protection for the frame from vehicle and equipment damage. These are also “temporary” and can easily be moved or repurposed in the event that your tent structure needs to move or be sold.
Alternative foundation options include ground anchors (steel ground nails) or poured in place foundation walls/ engineered slabs.
Talk to your sales person to discuss the best anchoring option for your project and application.
A proven solution to provide improve air circulation, vent unwanted fumes and reduce heat or humidity.
Lindome offers a ventilation solution that includes a framed intake louver mounted at one end of a structure with an exhaust fan and louver at the other. This allows for passive air intake as the exhaust fan expels smoke, fumes and stale or heated air. Depending on the required air turns and intended use of the structure, fan combos can be mounted as singles or multiples. Switching can be independent or wired in series based on the client needs.
Pricing includes adapted steel framing to integrate the fans with the structure as well as through wall finishing for the intake and exhaust louvers. Available in 24″ and 36″ sized units, these are usually 240 volt motors for reduced resistance and maximum lifespan.

Providing a comfortable temperature within your structure year round – options for heating include electric and indirect fired LP or NP units.
Lindome works with a variety of HVAC contractors for the provision of heating solutions. In most circumstances, we suggest the use of internally hung electric heaters as these provide both heat and circulation. Electric heat is relatively efficient and more importantly – it’s dry (no added moisture added to the air). In larger structures, these can be hung in opposing corners or along each wall face to increase circulation and avoid any cold areas. If only spot heating is required, electric radiant panels may be an option however, these only heat objects within direct line of sight and do not heat the air.
When electric heat is not an option, due to lack of available power or insufficient amperage to provide a 600 volt connection, there may be need to consider fuel burning systems including either LPG (Propane) or NG (Natural Gas). These might be either a forced air or a radiant tube system, however they must to be indirect fired and properly vented. Sample photos of heater options are shown – please ask our sales team for assistance in determining the right choice of HVAC professional to best suit your application.
Safely marking exits using back-lit emergency EXIT signs helps ensure that occupants can always find egress points, even at night.
