Safety
is non-negotiable.

When vertical clearance is important or in areas of heavy snow loads, our HighPro fabric dome structure is ready to go to work. The robust, clearspan frame system provides excellent opportunities to maximize vertical storage or clear height working space for large equipment. An excellent choice for bulk materials storage, lumber yards, recycling centres, warehouse buildings and construction applications.
HighPro Structures are used in a wide variety of applications, particularly where interior clearances are important such as bulk storage and waste/ recycling facilities using material handlers.
This client used a 36m x 36m structure to keep premium grade lumber dry and ready to ship. The front gable is open to facilitate easy load in/out.
A 30m x 40m HighPro structure is being installed to keep lumber dry and provide space for full lift breakdown and truck loading.
This 30m structure offers dry storage for lumber, board goods and bulk insulation for a building supply company.
This 50′ x 60′ open ended HighPro structure was installed to provide weather shelter for the storage of bulk wood chips at a wood recycling facility.
The 40′ x 120′ HighPro structure was built for a blueberry farm to store their equipment and bulk bins during harvest.
These side-by-side 36m structures were installed to provide dry storage for steel coil at a busy port facility. Front gable infill reduces the rain shadow.
Choose accessories that help your space meet your needs – vehicle, equipment, and personnel doors, heat and ventilation solutions, lighting, anchoring and more.
Our Accordion Roll-Up Door provides a solution for larger widths/heights.
Our Accordion Roll-up Door system is fabricated using our heavy weight vinyl fabric and durable webbing straps that lift the door panel in pleated folds. Stretched side to side with vertical tracks and industrial rollers, the door stays taut and will sustain a clean, weather-tight finish. Available in extreme widths, these are suitable for aircraft hangers, boat houses and industrial projects where large equipment needs to come in and out with regular use.
In most applications, the addition of an electric motor is required to ensure a consistent lift rate and to make for easier opening. Our standard opener kit comes with a 3 phase, 600 volt electric motor, one remote control, a laser eye safety stop and a internally mounted activation switch.
Personnel doors available in Steel Clad, Insulated, Fibreglass, and Glass Panel.
Our standard doors are sized at 36″ x 80″ and most clients opt for the steel clad, exterior grade door panel. Double doors and oversized doors are also available. Standard hardware includes stainless handle and deadbolt lock.
Door pricing includes adaption to the structure frame to properly integrate the door system, as well as tensioning details to keep the exterior fabric tight and sealed around the door.
Personnel doors are required for safety egress with spacing determined by intended use, internal layout and permit requirements. Allowing one door reachable within 15m travel of any point internally provides a safe allowance for planning purposes.
These one or two-piece door systems provide large format door openings.
Lindome’s barn doors are fabricated in-house with aluminum frames, steel siding clad exteriors, and industrial grade track and rollers. They are easy to slide and can provide a simple, cost effective door option for equipment or vehicle access. For extra wide door openings, the slider track can be mounted externally to allow for increased travel distance between door panels.
Given that they have few mechanical parts, they are almost maintenance free and therefore suitable for industrial or remote location projects. Centre windlock pins secure the doors in a closed position and provision is made for a padlock either internally or externally.
A proprietary membrane solution that offers nominal R15 or R30 insulation values.
This unique insulated membrane solution is fabricated using a dual layer of our heavy weight vinyl fabric, with closed cell pockets of mineral wool insulation. Available in either 50mm or 100mm thickness, this membrane system achieves an impressive R14 or 28 insulation value respectively. The construction technique holds the insulation in place without thermal break and the finishing of the structure ensures roof to gable seams as well as door/service penetrations are heat welded to prevent air gaps or heat loss.
Combined with insulated doors and basic heating, this insulated membrane will provide an energy efficient structure solution suitable for Canadian winters. In warmer months, the same insulation will keep the structure cooler inside.
Interior and exterior fabric colour can be chosen. We suggest using white interior to increase light bounce and reduce lighting needs. Exterior fabric we suggest a lighter colour – our standard would be grey – to assist in reflection of sunlight and solar heat gain.
Available in partnership with Hallgruppen.
Lock-blocks are our standard foundation option. Alternative solutions available.
Our standard form of anchoring and ballast is through the use of concrete lock-blocks, each sized at 750mm x 750mm x 1500mm (~2.5ft x 2.5ft x 5ft). These are readily available in most markets and can be plated together to act as footing for the structure and can be stacked/ buttressed to increased height or provide additional protection for the frame from vehicle and equipment damage. These are also “temporary” and can easily be moved or repurposed in the event that your tent structure needs to move or be sold.
Alternative foundation options include ground anchors (steel ground nails) or poured in place foundation walls/ engineered slabs.
Talk to your sales person to discuss the best anchoring option for your project and application.
A proven solution to provide improve air circulation, vent unwanted fumes and reduce heat or humidity.
Lindome offers a ventilation solution that includes a framed intake louver mounted at one end of a structure with an exhaust fan and louver at the other. This allows for passive air intake as the exhaust fan expels smoke, fumes and stale or heated air. Depending on the required air turns and intended use of the structure, fan combos can be mounted as singles or multiples. Switching can be independent or wired in series based on the client needs.
Pricing includes adapted steel framing to integrate the fans with the structure as well as through wall finishing for the intake and exhaust louvers. Available in 24″ and 36″ sized units, these are usually 240 volt motors for reduced resistance and maximum lifespan.
We’re here to listen and understand, to clarify and assist. In a market that is full of choice, we want to you choose Lindome because we strive to earn your trust and confidence at every step.
