We currently have a client looking to sell a used 80′ x 100′ structure that we built for them. The structure is designed to sit on a lock-block foundation and has a front mesh curtain that opens to provide a 17′ high x 80′ wide clear opening.
The building is in great shape and has been dismantled and is ready to ship for installation. The frame is HSS steel which has been epoxy coated for rust protection and durability. The fabric is a heavy weight vinyl which easily has an estimated 10 years of useful life.
Designed for Abbotsford, BC climatic loads, this structure would work well almost anywhere in the lower mainland. Please inquire if interested.
This structure is fabricated from aluminum box beam with kedered edges, allowing the fabric to track into the frame, providing integrated strength and high wind resistance. Fabric is a 26oz vinyl that is FR rated (CAN ULC S-109), UV resistant, and lacquered to reduce dirt build-up. Each end features a 4m x 4m sliding curtain door. These buildings have a limited snow load capability so require either heat or snow removal for winter conditions. Ideal for long term storage, workshops and construction site covers, these offer great square foot value, are light to transport and easy to install.
